Move over Carbon BOY!!!!!
Pictured is my secret weapon for the upcoming Spring Gravel Classics. Aging and whimsical, but wily and steely fast. Devoid of glitz, but trustworthy and dependable. Strangely attractive, yet coarsely enigmatic and even hypnotic as well. Genetically and mechanically sound, but alas...like us all, has seen better dayz....Loathsome, exquisite, forbidden, indecipherable, taboo, repulsive, exciting, naughty, arcane, amicable, lovely, grim and yet one cannot look away...

That looks as though it may have some exotic metal/plastic in it. Are you giving up wool too? Switching from whisky to wine coolers? Are you drinking Michelob Ultra?
ReplyDeleteI look forward to riding with you (up until the first climb anyway) on Sat.
Your ferrous riding friend,
J-No
Farrow that bike is awesome!!! I think in order to pull if off you will have to wear crocs at the Spring Gravel Classics!
ReplyDeleteOh look Jason, it has a rear deraileur! :)
ReplyDeleteItz not the bike...itz the Man on the bike!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAs a member of the League of Carbon Fiber Gentlemen, I must demand you remove the fork from this abomination of technology post-haste. Waving your privates at those that ride carbon fiber like some rude Frenchman most proudly whilst you benefit from the smooth ride a quality carbon fiber fork provides, is most puzzling, if not down-right hypocritical.
ReplyDeleteGood luck in the gravel classic. I plan on photographing them for posterity (and school projects.)
is Dean or your silver bike your secret weapon?
ReplyDeleteI wish I had a kayak. Oh, and nice banner:)
ReplyDeleteI am so confused. Is that a Carbonfibre fork? Is that a Merlin with cantilever brake mounts? Did Merlin ever make a cross bike? Was this bike abducted by Joe Meiser and that is how Salsa made the Ti. La Cruz? I'm going back to bed.
ReplyDeleteDean is my secret weapon...I know nothing about that silly bike that hez on!!!

I can't tell what's drawing my curiosity more...the crocs, bike, or Dean's expression, or his hair.
